Taco Bell may soon Offer Alcohol

Fox News reported this week an upscale Taco Bell in Chicago applied for a liquor license recently. If it goes through 6,500 Taco Bells around the U.S. may offer booze. Any thoughts?

  1. We have drive-thru places that serve alcohol here. The employees would probably have to get a permit to serve alcohol and be 21 and over. I don’t think they would get a raise.

  2. If you’re short on cash it’s alright but that’s about the only time. I used to go in college more because they were open until 2 or 3 a.m. Thanks for the comments.

  3. Taco Bell doesn’t really gross me out. I’ve just never really had a desire to eat there (hence the “heard”) about their food. Perhaps one day, I’ll give it a try.

  4. Ha ha yeah good point. An upscale Taco Bell? That’s what Fox News said. Does Taco Bell gross you out or it doesn’t interest you? It’s not the best food but it’s OK for inexpensive food.

  5. The phrase “upscale Taco Bell” is one with which I am unfamiliar. That said, can’t really say if it would be good or bad. Where I live, it would just be one more place in a high number of spots that sell booze. Though I have heard (having never eaten at Taco Bell) that with the quality of the food, the liquor might help it go down better.
