As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a picky person when it comes to eating food. I think El Paso’s Thai Grub has become one of my favorite local food trucks so far. Asian food usually doesn’t fill me up but Thai Grub did! Four hours after eating it, I’m still full. I had spicy shrimp friend rice with Thai iced tea. If you aren’t a shrimp person, they can add beef or chicken instead. The Thai iced tea was a little on the sweet side but it had a good flavor to it. They asked me if I wanted milk in it and I decided against it. Besides shrimp, the entree had a mix of: carrots, corn, peas, green beans and eggs. The egg and veggies were mixed with a great tasting brown fried rice. The dish was a little bit spicy but it was tolerable. I spent $13 total for the entree and tea. It’s a little on the pricey side but you definitely get your money’s worth of food. The tea is a size small.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m glad they stopped by at my job. Next time they come by, I plan on ordering from them again. I may have the above entree again with beef or chicken instead or a noodle entree. Another entree I might try is their curry. Thai Grub attends various events throughout El Paso.

It was good and very filling! I’m sure they would make it without meat if requested. Thank you for your comment!

Even as a vegetarian, I must say that looks delicious.
