Grillin’, Chillin’ in El Paso

Andre sliced up the chile peppers from the garden and put mild cheddar cheese in them. I’m going to make some baked potatoes. I really want to eat the corn on the cob a.k.a. elote! I’ll be including red chile pepper, pepper, butter and salt on mine!
Andre marinaded the steaks in Claude’s Sauce. Claude ‘ s Sauces Inc is a local factory here in town.

  1. Yes but worth it I have a little grandaughter of two who love Thai beef salad and she sits eating it…nose and eyes running saying ped( hot in Thai) but still eating..amazing to watch 🙂
