I was in my senior year of high school and at first when I saw that the plane had crashed into the first tower, I thought “well that’s weird, why didn’t he just fly around it?!”
Aww you were little! Of course you can speak what you think or feel here in this blog. Thank you for your comment. 🙂 I think you’re right about people feeling it worldwide. It was and still is an unforgettable day.
I’m from India . I was in 2nd grade . I vaguely remember my mom and dad watching TV together . They looked tense and my mom was very emotional . It must have been in the evening . I don’t know if this is my place to speak but i’m just saying that people across the globe felt it . Not physically …but emotionally.
Definitely. It was like a movie almost. I was a sophomore in college when it happened. All of my classes were cancelled that day. I also turned 20 that day. I spent the day glued to the TV. I also called my family to see how they were doing. I got scared because I didn’t know if anything else was going to get attacked. Thank you for your comment 🙂
Thank you for your comment. You were little at the time. Yes it is one of those days you don’t forget. You’re right, you remember it like it just happened yesterday.
I remember like it was yesterday. I was on my way to school in 5th grade and heard about it on the morning news on the radio. I remember my dad telling me to be quiet so he can hear, but I had no idea what was going on. Once in class, I remember my teacher having the TV on all day and we watched the towers fall. Some kids cheered (not me), but I don’t think any of us really understood what was happening…
Hmm I never thought of that. Thank you for your comment 🙂

I was driving to my Econ class my freshman year of college- and heard the news on the radio- it was surreal- felt like something out of a horror film.
