Web Series Features Two of El Paso’s Most Haunted Places

El Paso is known as one of the most haunted cities in Texas. “Paranormal El Paso”, part of the KCOS (KCOS is El Paso’s public television station) web series Only In El Paso, highlights the El Paso Public Library Downtown and Southwest General Hospital. Although I’ve been to both buildings, I’ve never encountered anything weird or spooky in either. Back in the mid 90’s, my grandma was admitted into Southwest General Hospital. The hospital was very dark but nothing happened.
