Here is a little Tuesday Tidbit of information 🙂
If you’ve gone to a concert, you may wonder how or why certain instruments sound better. Jim Marshall is known as the father of the modern “stack.” Marshall created and built amplifiers. The 30WTM-45 was the very first amplifier he built.
The first Marshall stack was requested by Pete Townshend of The Who. He built a 100W amp for Townshend. Marshall created several other amps and speaker cabinets throughout the years. Other well-known musicians who used a Marshall Stack include Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix.
Anytime, Mickey 🙂

Oh cool! I would like to check it out! Do you have the link by any chance? I played the piano when I was a kid for three years.

Both guitar and bass, but mainly piano. I posted a #tbt a while back of my one (and only) YouTube video. Funny story behind it, too!

Awesome! I didn’t know you played music! Did you play the guitar and/or other instruments?

This is great! I’ve played with Marshall amps for years! Clean sound, and they were always reliable! Give me the old “tube” amps any day! Thank you for sharing!
