The 100-Word Story Challenge

Thank you to Lin’s Recipes for nominating me for the 100-word challenge. Please take a look/follow her blog if you aren’t already. Since Thanksgiving is only two days away in the U.S., I did a story about what the day is like in El Paso.

It’s not a problem if you are over or under 10 words. I’ve nominated a few bloggers to participate. Feel free to write about any  subject. Nominate as many bloggers as you’d like. Here’s my story, titled Thanksgiving in El Paso.

Thanksgiving is always a day to spend with loved ones. Me and my son usually attend the annual Thanksgiving Day parade. Since I have to cook a lot, I’m not sure if we’re going. We usually have two to three houses to visit each year. We’ll visit my grandmother and Andre’s mom. We also watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade in the morning, along with the Dallas Cowboys game in the afternoon. Our big meal always consists of the following: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, salad, cranberry sauce, bread, the list goes on! I have so much to be thankful for!

I nominate the following to participate in the 100-word story challenge:
