Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you’re having a good day so far! I know I said I didn’t have any New Years resolutions but…I kind of changed my mind this week. I’ve decided to quit drinking soda. I’m very addicted to Coca Cola! I crave it all the time, especially when I’m at work. I’m now on day 2 of not drinking any. I know I’m barely on day 2 but it’s been really hard not to drink it! I enjoy the flavor and fizz of it. I also like the burn as you’re drinking it. I’ve given it up before but for some reason it feels like it’s so much harder to do these days. I’m still drinking tea but not more soda! I want to lose about 15 to 20 pounds so this is another reason why I’m not drinking it anymore. I also plan on working out more than I have last year. I used to go to the gym at least three times a week but I’ve been slacking in that area. How about you? Did you decide to give up anything this year? How is it going so far?
