Hi everyone and good morning! I hope your weekend is off to a great start! Today is an 80’s party with American freestyle trio, Exposé! Can you believe Exposé still exists after 32 years? According to the band’s official web site, the ladies are touring! They have upcoming concerts in Los Angeles and Las Vegas in May and June. The trio from Miami consists of Ann Curless, Jeanette Jurado and Gioia Bruno. Do you remember these songs? Do you have any memories associated to these songs? I remember them coming out on the radio a lot. They’re still getting airplay these days! The songs were huge club hits in the late 80’s. Have a great rest of the day, everyone! I’ll be back later with a Saturday Evening Interview.
Another cool one I still hear on the radio these days!
Come go with Me!
Slowing it down…
Yes it is! You’re right, there aren’t a lot of musicians who stick around.

It’s a good long time to be famous. I was still a teenager when they started. There are fewer and fewer bands I can say that about these days. 🙂

Ha… I just checked them and did not realize they even had a song with the same title. Really, too funny. Here is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CegQQuXR3wo&list=PL0F73E44374C8A524

I think I read they had other members at first but these have lasted the longest.

Yay! Maybe they were only popular in the U.S.

I’m impressed they’ve managed to keep their career going for so long. Thirty-two years is a very long time in the pop world.

Oh I didn’t know that! Who didn’t you have a crush on in the 80’s? Lol j.k. Good morning!

Ha! 🙂
A little trivia: The video you have of “Point Of No Return” is actually the second version of the song. The same track, with the same producer made a version two years before with at least a different lead vocalist, if not different girls altogether.
Also, I may or may not have had a crush on Gioia Bruno (the lead singer in Let Me Be The One).
Thanks for sharing! Good morning!
