Hi everyone! I hope you’re having a good Easter Sunday with loved ones. I apologize I didn’t include a Saturday Evening Interview yesterday. I had some issues with the Internet and I’m still in the middle of moving. I’m going to include it today because it’s a very good one with a fellow blogger and good friend. It’s also a great interview for Women’s History Month. For the next three weeks, I’m going to take a break from Saturday Evening Interviews. I promise I’ll be back!
I wasn’t sure which song I should pick for Easter so I went with these two. I discovered jazz singer Stacey Kent on YouTube. She has a beautiful and smooth voice. I can’t believe more people haven’t viewed her videos. What a Wonderful World has been played at a lot of weddings I’ve attended. It’s one of my all-time favorite songs. Stacey Kent’s song is almost more beautiful than the original. Have a great rest of the day, everyone!
P.S. Congratulations to my friend Tracy from A Joyful Process! He and I did a men’s NCAA basketball bracket and he won! Now that both of our brackets are busted because of Kansas losing, I get to post a selfie of me wearing a Duke jersey and/or cap. Tracy HATES Duke so I’m picking them. LOL. Take care everyone and the Saturday/Sunday Interview is coming up!
[…] For those of you who have read the previous bracket update, or even the post about the Hoop Flu, you may be aware that Lisa A. from the Life Of An El Paso Woman blog and I have been engaged in a bracket challenge for the NCAA tournament. And even though the tournament isn’t complete yet, we already have a winner in our little challenge. Take a guess who came out on top; after all you have a 50/50 chance of being right. Here’s a hint: the person who lost has written a P.S. at the bottom of this post. […]

Eggs in one basket, cute! If you want to really irritate your friend, I’ve got a UNC coffee mug proudly on my desk… 😀

The only up side of a move is that we have the opportunity to get rid of things we don’t use anymore and give them to charity.

You’re right, the song was very good. I could listen to her more.

I suppose I should like this post just for the P.S. alone! 😊 But the Stacey Kent song is good too.

Moving is never a fun thing. I hope the rest goes smoothly for you She does have a lovely voice. I will have to look her up on You Tube, it’s a great source of so much information.
