I Missed Yanni in El Paso!

Hi everyone! I hope you’re doing well! I’ve been relaxing a lot these days. My head still hurts from the car accident I was in three days ago. The medication I received at the hospital makes me sleep a lot. Thank you for all of your well-wishes, everyone! I just realized I missed Yanni’s concert on March 23 here in El Paso! According to local radio station Kiss El Paso, Greek pianist Yanni has more than 40 platinum and gold albums. So far, he’s sold more than 25 million albums worldwide. Yanni’s entertained more than five million worldwide. I recall seeing a billboard in downtown El Paso for his concert. I thought the concert was this month but unfortunately it was in March! I hope I’ll be able to see him the next time he comes to town or elsewhere.

I didn’t really hear much of his music until yesterday while I was on YouTube. I’ve enjoyed his soothing piano sound very much! I also listened to a little bit more of his music this afternoon. He’s also done a lot of duets with several musicians from around the world. Like I previously said, it’s too bad I missed his concert last month. What do you think of these songs? I hope to get back to blogging more. If you don’t hear from me as much, I’m resting. Take care everyone and I’m sure I’ll be back to feeling like myself in time.

  1. I’m sorry to hear about your car accident. As to your question about Yanni, I’d never actually heard anything by him until I watched your video, but my first impression is that he has a very smooth, polished style. I can certainly understand his great popularity. Anyway, I hope you get back to full strength very soon.
