Wednesday Song 4-27-16

Good morning everyone! I hope you’re having a good week so far! Today, I’m taking you back to the 80’s and early 90’s with the British new wave rock band, Duran Duran. My parents listened to them during our road trips I told you about in a previous post. In case you missed the post, you can check it out here: Wednesday Song 4-20-16 I’ve enjoyed Duran Duran’s music since I was a kid. I was either listening to their music on the radio, a cassette and eventually on CD’s. I wanted to see them in concert in 1999 but unfortunately it didn’t happen. I don’t remember what came up but I wasn’t able to get a ride to Las Cruces. Here are some 80’s and early 90’s favorites from the Birmingham, England band. Have a great rest of the day, everyone!

A weird one! Lol

The one-night stand song 😀

A classic!

Two of my favorite songs from the 90’s.

  1. Loved Duran Duran’s music! They had some crazy videos though…

When I was in high school, we did a cheerleading dance choreography to “Reflex.” Yes, I am just that old! LOL

I have so many favorites by them including “New Moon on Monday” and “Union of the Snake.”

Thanks Lisa for some great memories!

  2. Hmm, don’t think I’ve heard this one with Justin Timberlake, Suzette. I like almost everything with Justin Timberlake. Thanks for sharing it!

  3. Duran Duran. God I remember when they were the hottest thing in pop music, right around senior year of high school. My sister loved “The Reflex” so much she had to buy the song. I liked this one too:

Even if the video is weird as all get out.
