Hi everyone! I hope you’re having a good day! Since the holidays are almost here, I want to start posting a recipe here and there going forward. It’s been months since I’ve posted any so today I’m including this three step cheesecake. I made a couple of these on Monday and they weren’t too hard to make. Here’s what you need below:
Ingredients
2 8 oz packages of Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sugar (if you would like it sweeter add 1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 6 oz ready to use graham cracker crust
Fresh or frozen strawberries (optional)
Strawberry glaze (optional)
*Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
*Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Before mixing these ingredients, leave cream cheese out for about 30 minutes so that it becomes softer and easier to mix. Beat until there aren’t any lumps.
*Add eggs. Beat until blended in with other ingredients.
*Pour mix into crust. Spread evenly with a spoon.
*Bake for 35 minutes.
*Cool and refrigerate for four hours.
*Mix strawberries and glaze in small bowl.
*Add strawberries and glaze evenly on top of cheesecake with butter knife.
Serves 8

Thanks Irene 🙂 It’s not too hard either and doesn’t need that many ingredients.
