Hi everyone! I hope you’re having a good Tuesday! Today I’m taking you back to 2014 with Disclosure and Sam Smith’s hit, “Latch.” Even though the song was released almost three years ago in the U.S., I still enjoy listening to it a lot. I love Sam Smith’s voice and the unique beat. It’s one of those songs I could easily listen to over and over again. There’s several house and dance versions of “Latch” on YouTube. My favorite version is this one. “Latch” was first released as a digital download in 2012. It was a sleeper hit in the U.S., meaning it became a hit song with very little promotion. It was number 7 on the U.S. Billboard Music charts. The song was initially released in the U.K. I really like what “The Verge” had to say about the song: “‘Latch’ is a song that remains this decade’s prototypical piece of dance-pop. There’s no such thing as a perfect song, but “Latch” comes close: it’s economic, beguiling, and precise.” To date, “Latch” has been viewed on YouTube more than 2 billion times. Have a great day, everyone and I’ll see you soon!
Glad you like it, Sharon!

Ohh really Erika? It was huge here in the U.S. and U.K. It was released in England first then here. Actually, it’s still being played on the radio here. Glad you like it ❤
