Johnna often honored people and celebrities who passed away in her blog, All Things Chronic. She called the blog posts, Thinking of You and included their name. To honor her memory, I would like to do the same for her here on Life of an El Paso Woman. I’ve included some photos she took, along with a Saturday Evening Interview I did last March with Johnna.

Hi everyone! Today’s Saturday Evening Interview is with Johnna from All Things Chronic. Johnna and me have become amigas. She was one of the first bloggers to follow me. Throughout the months, Johnna’s offered me a wealth of advice and wisdom. Johnna lives four hours away from me in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She blogs about living with chronic pain, life, the drug war/wars, current events and so much more! Her blog also includes a lot of her wonderful photography. I hope her interview makes you chuckle and/or smirk. Please help me welcome Johnna here on Life of an El Paso Woman.
ME: Tell us about your blog. How long has your blog been around?
I’ve been blogging for a little over a year.
ME: You include a lot of photography in your blog. Tell us more about it.
Art and Awe Therapy is one of the categories on my blog, which includes photos I take, as well as anything that I consider awesome. I use this type of distraction therapy to treat chronic pain, mostly because it’s free.

ME:What can readers expect from your blog this year? Have you set any goals for it?
I used to have expectations and goals for my blog, but not anymore. Instead, I consider my blog to be a digital reflection of myself — where I hang my hat on the Internet.
ME: In a word, how would you describe who you are and why?
I love words, so I refuse to be limited to describing anything with just one word. But if I have to, I would say I was (sarcastically) argumentative.
ME: When you aren’t blogging, what are you doing?
Surviving.
ME: Do you have any regrets in life? If so, what is it?
I don’t think regrets are a bad thing, so I have plenty. Instead of dwelling on them, I try to learn from them and move on.

ME: Who do you look up to in life and why?
I look up to Mother Nature because she’s a bad-ass bitch who takes no prisoners, but she also creates awesome things, like flowers, trees, and bud.
ME: What was one of the best moments of your life? Why?
My first orgasm. Because without pleasure, there’s only pain.
ME: What do you like most in life? How about dislikes?
I probably dislike more stuff than I like, but I usually like things that smell good and dislike things that smell bad.
ME: Is there anything else you would like to add?
I can’t believe that Drumpf is going to be a presidential candidate. I mean, seriously, I just can’t believe it. WTF, America?
